All business transactions, products, and engineering services provided by OEPL are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Custom engineering designs and prototypes are provided based on customer-supplied specifications. OEPL is responsible for manufacturing to those specifications, but final application suitability remains the responsibility of the system integrator.
Standard lead times for catalog products vary by SKU. Custom solution delivery timelines will be established during the prototyping phase and confirmed upon final order approval.
OEPL warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. All components are tested to meet the performance criteria defined in their respective technical datasheets.
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, where our primary engineering and administration facilities are located.
