Our Story
Omcons Engineering Private Limited was founded in 2004 by Mr. Waman Satpute, utilizing his rich experience as GM After Sales at Wartsila and Atlas Copco. The startup initially focused on specialized engineering services for compressors, diesel engines, and lifts.
In 2014, Prashant Satpute joined the company, initiating a strategic shift toward manufacturing and power electronics. By 2017-18, the current management team took over leadership of the company. We expanded our custom manufacturing in 2020-21, starting production of LT panels for Kaeser compressor systems, Solar Junction Boxes, and AC/DC Distribution Boards for Solar EPC project houses.
Today, under the OEPL brand, we are focusing on high-reliability, PCB-mounted thermal products (thermostats and thermocouples from Selco USA) and power supplies/converters from MPD (Microdrive), serving key B2B sectors globally.
